Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, ensuring full program effectiveness 
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and mutual value, align key objectives, and drive adoption. 
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners and serve as the primary point of contact, responsible for driving relationships at executive and leadership level.  
  • Work closely with executive stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Facilitate executive-level meetings and presentations to discuss partnership progress and opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and with external partners. 
  • Lead and manage partnership programs from initiation through execution and delivery. 
  • Oversee the development and implementation of program plans, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Monitor program performance and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope. 
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Proactively address challenges and resolve issues to maintain program momentum. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success. 
  • Continuously assess and improve partnership processes and methodologies. 
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program management and strategic partnerships. 
  • Partner with product and voice of customer team  to ensure clear feedback loops to customer. 
  • Responsible for direct management of Account Managers within book of business.  
  • Operational oversight of customer experience – point of escalation. 
  • Identify and drive a solution oriented approach to ensure a best in class customer experience – champion new initiatives and models of collaboration within the partnership.  
  • Educated internal stakeholders and teams on partnership positioning, goals and objectives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or a related field. 
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on strategic partnerships. 
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale partnership programs. 
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and manage complex programs. 
  • Experience leading and managing teams within territory or region.
