We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts to achieve business goals and increase market share through strategic account management and collaboration across various functions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management to achieve business goals and increase market share; includes inventory, forecasting, and accounts receivable management.
- Identify, manage, and deliver new business opportunities to meet revenue, profit, and growth targets.
- Develop multi-level relationships both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with various functions such as R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality to enhance project success rates and promote new products.
- Establish, align, and execute global key account strategies to meet business targets.
- Understand strategic customer technology trends and needs, and develop solutions in response to competitive environments.
Educations and Experience:
Required:
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree, other science and engineering will also be considered.
- Key Account and Distributor Management Experience: Over 5 years of working experience in key account management and distributor management.
- Technical Experience: Technical knowledge in Electroplating, Connector Finishing, Passive Components, or Semiconductor products.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Consumer Electronics or Telecommunications industries within a multinational company environment
- English Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Possess strong logical thinking and negotiation skill to drive results.
- Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Proficient in Chinese communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills will be an advantage
