Account Managers are responsible for engaging customers and helping them get the value from their purchase as well as growth and expansion of their customers. This role will be the support to their customers and help them set up product processes, workflows and maintaining the customer relationship needs. 


Here’s what this position is all about:

  • Expand Service Express’ footprint and uncover future potential by focusing on uncovering additional customer needs and educating clients on our service offerings
  • Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology by overcoming objections and pricing deals that are profitable to Service Express
  • Set, hold, and execute meetings with existing customers to expand contacts and stakeholders with existing accounts
  • Uncover customer needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) at regular intervals with key accounts
  • Strategize with customers around Data Center challenges and best practices
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership on identified opportunities
  • Build and manage 12-month pipeline, consistently executing to drive result
  • Engage internal partners and successfully transition accounts
  • Manage CRM with customer notes and next steps – keeping all relevant information up to date
  • Collaborate with multi-functional business units to ensure information is utilized effectively


What We Are Looking For From You:

  • Experienced complex seller with a background in managing and selling to existing customers
  • Proven success in the full sales life cycle: including prospecting, proposals, presentations and bringing in new revenue for an organization
  • Proven success in retaining and discovering new opportunities with existing customers
  • Track record of problem solving and providing solutions to customers 
  • History of hitting quota and successfully meeting sales performance metrics
