SUMMARY
The Account Manager eCommerce provides sales representation, account management, and ecommerce strategy support to our eCommerce accounts and develops, builds and enhances relations with buyers. The Account Manager eCommerce will be responsible for driving and achieving sales goals for new and existing products by collaborating with our ecommerce partners and cross-functional internal resources. This person should have the business aptitude to understand and execute upon all aspects of selling a product into a retailer, including finance and analytics, product set-up, supply chain, packaging and demand creation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and implement long-term ecommerce growth strategies to increase sales and profits, including analysis of product mix, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends for .com client assigned.
- P&L responsibility for assigned account
- Manage supply chain initiatives to expand our presence and assortment online.
- Work with internal and external eCommerce peers around the globe to share and apply best practices for maximizing online sales, managing relationships, reporting, driving supply chain efficiencies, and other aspects of the business.
- Build strong relationships with buyers as well as cross functional retailer team that supports Kids II dotcom growth.
- Cross-team leadership of internal account support teams to identify opportunities and execute on growth strategies across national ecommerce accounts to achieve desired results.
- Responsible for achieving assigned goals for sales of new and existing products, strategic volume and promotional planning, budget adherence, and execution of sales/marketing initiatives
- Lead development, monitoring, and analysis of sales forecasts and related data, including profitability, rate of sale, promotional performance, etc.
- Act as primary contact with all internal departments for ecommerce accounts to include product development, marketing, manufacturing, order management, logistics, accounting, legal, etc.
- Work with our retail partners to fully understand the levers of driving sales within their platforms, including content, SEO, media to sell, build and execute an effective JBP.
- Maintain an effective working knowledge of external market factors, including competitive information, technology trends, etc. in order to make educated account decisions and product recommendations to grow the business.
- Liaise with the Amazon team Europe and support to drive marketplaces in France.
- Identify and pursue potential new ecommerce customers and non ecommerce exceptionally.
- Experience within French eCommerce accounts would be a big plus.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years selling consumer products.
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with management in national accounts, and across internal cross-functional departments is required.
- Financial and analytical skills to manage account profitability and investments is required.
- Experience in eCommerce is highly desired.
- Experience in marketing and product management in consumer products is highly desired.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Sales, Business Administration, Ecommerce or related field.
- Creative, highly-motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment, a team player and possess excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
- Native French and Fluent English is required. Other language would be a plus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Passport required to travel abroad.
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Must be proficient Windows environment and proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Position fully remote based in France
- Ability to travel 20 % of the time
