Role Overview:

This is a 100% commercial role, primarily focusing on building and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients, training them in the correct use of the DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) service, and being permanent support for everything related. You will be responsible for meeting the assigned region's budget and generating strategies to achieve the expected results. The role holder will work directly with the Account Manager.

What you will do:

· Build and maintain commercial relationships with the assigned merchants.

· Provide DCC Training to the merchant staff.

· Provide information and reports to the clients on the basis needed.

· Generate and implement strategies to promote DCC.

· Achieve and exceed monthly and annual budgets.

· Work professionally, effectively, and constructively to promote the company.

Who you are:

· Must have proven experience in commercial or sales areas, preferably within the financial services or payments industry.

· Proven knowledge of sales techniques and strong working knowledge of building a commercial relationship.

· Proven experience in operating with a “win as one team” mentality, results and customer focused.

· Proven communication, organizational and planning skills.

· Basic level of English written and spoken.

· Excellent IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook).
