Description
We're growing our team and looking to bring on an Account Executive, with a focus on Enterprise sales of the MiPACS dental and medical imaging software. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our growing business, selling the intrinsic value of software solutions to our customers. The primary responsibility will be to manage and close a pipeline of software license opportunities, while working closely with other Apryse resources and presales teams. Account Executives at our company are exposed to opportunities and challenges facing Product Managers and IT specialists at a wide range of healthcare facilities including universities, medical imaging centers, multi-clinic organizations, Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers, and government agencies.
Responsibilities
- Source and network leads and leverage demand generation channels available (e.g., Partner, reseller, trade shows, industry events, and referrals)
- Qualify and manage sales leads and drive the sales process through close
- Identify & target top-tier named prospects (Universities, DSOs, FQHCs, Correctional Systems, etc.) via prospecting
- Gain a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of competing products, and effectively illustrate the value of our high-quality/market-leading solutions to prospects
- Recognize high value sales opportunities, and work with prospects on GTM strategy that will yield a win-win partnership
- Grow and nurture professional network to drive sales and add value to customers
- Own personal sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring data is accurate and timely and appropriate sales activities occur
- Collaborate with Sales and Services team members to improve processes and create a high-performing team that attracts and delights customers
- Support Marketing by providing input into collateral, mechanisms and promotions, as needed
- Support Product by providing Voice of the Customer input and feedback
- Effectively gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competition using various resources to help shape product growth and future business initiatives
- Support a positive and energetic sales environment
- Act with a sense of urgency for sales pursuits, customer inquiries and internal requests from leadership
- Meet or exceed quota expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience selling complex dental or medical imaging software/PACS product(s)
- 5+ years' experience driving sales, prospecting and closing business
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Demonstrated professional communication and presentation skills, particularly via e-mail and by phone
- Experience with customer demos and product presentations
- Light travel to industry conferences and meetings with key prospects
- Demonstrated success using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, especially technical CXOs, and VPs
- Consistent history of overachievement, with demonstrated success of multi-year quota achievement
- An accountable team player with a tenacious drive to win
- A college or university degree. Technical disciplines or backgrounds are preferred
- Experienced in using CRM to manage sales cycle
