Job Description

  • Participate to sales related conference calls as required to relay timely updates, processes and instructions for HUB and Hotel sales teams
  • Provide and monitor RFI/RFPs performance report
  • Support new business development goals with preassigned prospecting calls
  • Assist with solicitation of tactical campaigns with Hotels. 
  • Daily management of A.N.A.I.S and CVENT 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and conference calls with clients.
  • Assist with various sales projects as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 2-3 years’ experience in the hotel industry with a sound understanding of Hotel operations, sales, marketing and distribution ecosystem
  • Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management Preferred but not essential
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Advance in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge on sales CRM and Tools : Salesforce and Cvent would be an added advantage.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, know how to prioritize, comfortable in leading change
