The Role and What You’ll Do:
Based in New York, the Account Executive will support the day-to-day partnership activations of a client’s global sports sponsorship initiatives.

Support the day-to-day management of a client’s global sports sponsorships.

Assist in the development and implementation of sponsorship activation planning and initiatives and manage day-to-day relationships.

Work closely with Project Manager to manage administrative processes including approvals, asset delivery, timelines, ticket allocations, and recapping.

Assist with the creation and implementation of activation plans and toolkits for local markets.

Manage relationships with partner properties and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of client.

Interface and coordinate with cross-functional teams (internal and external, i.e. experiential, social, or trade marketing) assisting in briefing, ensuring the client’s brand and sports properties are accurately represented.

Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed.
You Have These:

A minimum of 2-4 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience. Specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, event marketing, and/or sponsor servicing.

Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach.

Ability to manage the implementation and tracking of sponsorship assets on behalf of client.

Project management skills with a high-level attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Experience with working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience in music is a plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$70,000 annually
