The Role and What You'll Do
The Account Executive, Partnerships will support the day-to-day management of client’s sponsorship development, activation and experiential marketing initiatives across sports & entertainment sponsorship portfolio. Specifically, this position will partner with Account Director to develop strategy, planning, activation and execution efforts around investments within sports/entertainment verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support of client's sponsorship activation and experiential marketing initiatives across client’s sponsorship portfolio
- Interact daily with client and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship programming initiatives
- Participate in the development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives against the established sponsorship criteria.
- Participate in overall strategic brand planning against core passion points, as well as opportunities aligned with brand objectives enhancing activation with current properties and assets.
- Coordinate and manage activation programming with current client agency partners (advertising, Media, PR, etc.)
- Manage the client-vendor relationships, including teams and leagues, and coordinate necessary activation plans to fully leverage assets on behalf of client
- Support the creation and implementation of materials to support individual sponsorship initiatives. This will include, but not be limited to, development of creative elements, preparing marketing activation presentations, securing approvals from rights-holders, distribution of materials to the client
- Support the sponsorship audit, sponsorship measurement and return on investment process that the client develops in conjunction with the agency account team
- Serve as a member of on-site event marketing teams to support sponsorship tactical implementation at all events where agency staff is needed
You Have These:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account experience in the sports and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include, sponsorship marketing, event marketing, media sales and media buying)
- League/team/venue experience and understanding of the business of sports, sports media and sports marketing/sponsorship specifically highly preferred;
- Experience with ticket management/ticket management systems strongly preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience with Loyalty programs a plus
- Proven experience with development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategies on behalf of clients/companies
- Prior experience with day-to-day relationship management of clients, agencies and vendors
- Manage implementation of sponsorship marketing strategies
- Practical experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
- Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$65,000 annually
