Main Purpose

The main purpose of the Account Director is to manage ongoing strategic partnerships and senior stakeholders within our Enterprise clients for Indeed Flex. This role will be focused on retaining and growing Enterprise clients. This individual will develop and own the account plan for each account and work to identify new lines of business and manage key clients in line with agreed contracts and KPIs, as well as provide strategic, unbiased, and objective advice which assists clients in improving productivity, operational processes with respect to labor planning, and overall performance.

  • Define, document, and execute an ongoing account strategy to achieve short-term business objectives while planning for long-term growth.
  • Establish executive-level relationships with identified and assigned clients to drive expansion opportunities and promote the company’s value proposition.
  • Retain repeat business by understanding client context, upselling, and cross-selling, Developing a Business Case and demonstrating ROI, providing strategic input to shape the client value proposition, and creating winning pitches. 
  • Relationship management ensures customer sentiment remains positive and referenceable and that stakeholders are engaged.  
  • Collaborates in internal meetings to create recruitment and onboarding campaigns and sales processes, reports on sales activities, implements new products, solves problems, and keeps up-to-date with information about the company. 

Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts with a preference for managing clients' accounts in either the industrial, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficient in managing client accounts and contracts greater than $5M independently.
  • Highly proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as an Account Director, or equivalent for Enterprise customers preferred
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the MSP, RPO, or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of managed services and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level client executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
