Enterprise Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to fuel our revenue growth and expand our reach in the data-driven business landscape. 

As an Enterprise ADR, you’ll play a critical role in connecting decision-makers to Resonate’s market-leading solutions. You’ll leverage enterprise prospecting expertise, technical acumen, and creative outreach strategies to identify opportunities and expand our pipeline. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Pipeline Development: 

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through detailed research, cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling. 
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop vertical or account-based acquisition strategies, researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and engaging high-priority targets. 

 

Opportunity Creation: 

  • Book qualified Account Development Leads (30-minute meetings) that address prospects' pain points and align with their goals. 
  • Align prospecting activities with company priorities and team revenue objectives. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, Resonates solutions, and competitors to effectively position our offerings. 


Critical Success Factors: 

  • Persona Expertise: Understand the challenges of decision-makers in marketing, research, insights, and analytics roles, and articulate how Resonates data solutions address their needs. 
  • Engaging Communicator: Craft tailored, persuasive outreach and conduct productive conversations as a compelling writer and speaker. 
  • Resilient and Positive: Maintain an upbeat attitude and adapt quickly when facing rejection or changing priorities. 
  • Highly Organized: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Proven Success in Sales Development: 2+ years of experience in account development, inside sales, or demand generation, ideally targeting marketing, research, analytics, data, or insights teams. 
  • Enterprise Focus: Experience selling to enterprise clients or personas in SaaS, MarTech, or related industries. 
  • Track Record of Exceeding Quotas: Demonstrates consistent achievement or overachievement of pipeline goals. 
  • Technical Aptitude: Quickly grasps and explains complex technologies, particularly data-driven or SaaS solutions. 
  • Advanced Prospecting Skills: Proficiency with tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and account research platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo). 
  • Excellent Communication & Listening: Skilled in objection handling, active listening, and creating authentic connections with prospects. 
  • Highly Curious and Adaptive: Eager to learn, ask insightful questions, and pivot strategies as needed. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
