In this position, you will be responsible for providing valuable insights to drive consumer sales, helping the company to achieve its strategic objectives and inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow. Core Responsibilities:
1. Consumer & product line analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer group behavior and product line performance to identify growth opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to optimize customer assortment, promotions, and communication
- Monitor and report on shifts in customer demand, competitive landscape, and market trends, while supporting the development of channel-specific recommendations
2. Data analysis & reporting:
- Analyze sales trends, promotional effectiveness, and customer buying patterns for major consumer groups
- Generate regular reports and ad hoc analysis and insights on pricing, promotions, and profitability
3. Customer & internal coordination:
- Act as a liaison between KAMs and marketing to ensure alignment with consumer group strategy and activations
- Conduct analyses of investment effectiveness and provide recommendations on resource allocation and decision-making for actions

The primary responsibility of the Account Development Manager is to analyze and provide insights related to consumers and product lines to help secure balanced growth of sales. This role involves conducting in-depth analyses and making recommendations that enable strategic sales activities and strengthen customer relationships. We are looking for someone who can operate independently and contribute significantly to our team.
Do you have what it takes?
- A consistent track record in a sales, data analysis or commercial role (preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce)
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business goals and drive growth within key accounts
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, enabling proactive decision-making
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs, enabling effective analysis of sales performance and profitability
- High level of accuracy in managing data, reports, and customer details
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers
- Ability to proactively identify challenges and drive solutions in sales processes
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and Power Point, Power BI or other analytics tools
