About the Team:

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support Monetize’s Global SMB (small and medium business) team. The SMB team helps publishers/game developers all around the world monetize and generate in-app ad revenue. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get into sales and account management and learn the ropes of the mobile adtech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to industry leading SLAs to complete new publisher requests, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Find optimization and growth opportunities for publisher partners - including SDK updates, creative optimization and geographical and platform expansion opportunities.
  • Continuous testing & learning—leveraging new techniques to drive value for partners.
  • Follow reporting, and help identify new publishers.
  • Identify, triage and escalate issues to management and internal teams
  • Identify areas of process improvement and development of best practices

Requirements: 

  • 1+ years working experience in a customer support role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • An ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact.
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask, manage, prioritize and produce results quickly.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for global team and customer collaboration
  • Languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Russian, etc are also a plus for this role, as this team supports customers in all global regions.

This is a hybrid position based in Singapore.

Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work.  In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location.

The base pay range for this position in Singapore: 50,000 - 60,000 SGD annually
