JM&A is hiring an Account Acquisition Specialist! JM&A’s Account Acquisition Team provides support to JM&A Field Sales Team during the process of acquiring new business and managing existing dealer needs. The team is responsible for consulting with the Field Sales Team and collaborating with internal departments to accurately assemble and provide dealer agreements to support the request.
Responsibilities:

Review deal requests from our Field Sales team and/or Zone Support Leads

Analyze and clarify intention of the request, if necessary, by consulting with the field sales team to discuss
-
Follow established processes and procedures, ask clarifying questions as needed
-
Identify exceptions and document appropriately and obtain approvals as required
-
Generate agreements to support the request, draft suggested language in unique scenarios.

Review agreement customized language with the JM&A legal team and other applicable teams, as needed.

Make any updates based on quality reviews

Send agreements for signature
-
Review and process agreements being returned
-
Set off workflow to downstream teams for proper setup

Manage workload and changing priorities based on Field Sales prioritization efforts
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
-
2+ years of professional work experience in a fast-paced business environment in a detail-oriented role including paralegal, journalism, editing preferred

Strong abilities with MS Excel to format, evaluate, and organize data

Experience with legal contract review preferred

Knowledge of JM&A products is preferred

Technologically savvy with knowledge of SalesConnect, FWS Online Pricing, CPQ, Mainframe, and Microsoft 365 products is preferred

Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and work ethic.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have strong attention to detail, and ability to think critically and solve complex problems and a continuous improvement mindset

Must work well in an environment with multiple changing priorities/deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and maintain a strong attention to detail

Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills and know when to escalate

Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion and meet deadlines

Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including overtime as needed
