Time Commitment
This internship is from June 5 to August 7, 2025, and is virtual with occasional on-site collaboration. Hours and time commitment may be flexible if agreed upon by the supervisor and the internship candidate prior to the start of the internship
Duties and Responsibilities
This internship will focus on the execution of talent-related programs and events. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning and executing talent-related events, including managing logistics.
- Coordinate event details such as scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.
- Track and measure the impact of talent programs and events.
- Maintain organized records of program data and participant feedback.
- Support the Talent Operations team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Currently enrolled at an accredited university (recent grads will also be considered) with a focus in business, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Interest in talent development, operations, and event coordination.
- Letters of recommendation from our leadership team.
- College credit (upon school approval).
- Work with some of the best and brightest entrepreneurs and startups in the country.
