Benefits at Walker Sands

Our agency is designed to help our employees make their mark on the B2B tech industry, while growing both professionally and personally. Through internal training opportunities and mentorship programs, learning and professional development are hard-wired into our agency culture. Beyond doing great work, employees are guaranteed to find the fun at Walker Sands. We provide plenty of ways for colleagues to become friends — from regular virtual trivia nights and the office book club to volunteer opportunities, happy hours and more.

To ensure our policies help us live up to our reputation as a best place to work in a hybrid work environment, we’ve created a flexible work culture that enables our teams to do the best work of their careers, whether in the office or at home. Our new flexible work policy gives all employees the option to be either fully remote or hybrid employees. Hybrid employees have access to their own permanent desk at the office and are expected to come into the office at least 4 times a month. Fully remote employees can and are encouraged to come into the office, working from a reserved bank of desks, but are not required to do so.

Our commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace is also instrumental in providing an environment where people can bring their whole selves to the agency, while empowering them to do the best work of their careers. Our five active employee resource groups — Walker People of Color, Walker Disability (Mental & Physical), Walker Parents, Walker Pride and Walker Women — nurture connections across teams. In addition to providing ongoing support for our ERGs, we continue to work closely with our DEI consultant to improve diversity and equity across the agency.

In addition to providing the basics, such as expansive health insurance and 401K matching, we also offer flexible PTO, summer hours, winter break and more.
