Quantum Rise is a rapidly scaling AI start-up offering consulting and product development capabilities to high growth organizations. The offerings will range from providing strategic advice through full AI product development. We are building our client delivery team and are looking for a talented and experienced consultant to join as a Senior Manager and lead client engagements.
Position Summary
The Consultant, Senior Manager / Director at Quantum Rise plays a pivotal role in supporting the stand-up of new offerings, managing internal initiatives to fuel the startup's growth, and contributing to ongoing client delivery within agile consulting teams. This role is designed for an exceptional, self starting consulting leader with a background in technology advisory and implementation consulting with a solid understanding of data and/or data science.
The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to tackle diverse challenges and drive initiatives that propel the company forward.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing management of new consulting offerings, ensuring they align with market needs and Quantum Rise strategic goals.
• Manage a portfolio of internal capability development initiatives, from concept to completion, that support business growth, operational efficiency, and go-to-market execution.
• Contribute expertise to client engagements, working within agile consulting teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results.
• Develop and implement core consulting processes and tools to ensure effective planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of engagements across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, technology, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of consulting offerings and client engagements and alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as a champion for delivery excellence, proposing and leading initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of successful project management, delivery, and contribution to capability / offering development.
• Experience in data and/or data science projects, demonstrating an ability to understand and leverage data insights in business contexts.
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience in applying agile methodologies and tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within projects and processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of motivating teams and working effectively across all levels of the organization.
