surefoot matches 100% up to 3% of the employee's annual base salary, then 50% above that, up to 4% total.

surefoot has annual all-hands get togethers, paid by the company. During COVID, the get togethers are done remotely via Zoom and surefoot covers the expense of meals, activities, etc.
