Seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to oversee Accounting and Financial Reporting functions, manage financial services, and ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting. Responsible for coordinating audits, tax reporting, payroll accuracy, and providing financial insights to senior leadership.

The Accountant will assist the Controller with monthly and annual closings, conduct account reconciliations, manage invoicing and cash flow with the Project Management team, and perform financial analysis and budgeting. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GAAP, improving accounting processes, and handling special projects as needed.

The Associate Project Manager assists the Project Management team with client account management, organizing information, scheduling projects, and facilitating communication. They manage production calendars, support meetings, oversee quality control, document project details, and coordinate with various teams to ensure projects meet client needs and timelines.
