We’re seeking a full-time Technical Video Specialist to join our Video Team.

• Research and explore new creative and technical solutions, plugins, and automation techniques to streamline workflows and keep our content innovative and competitive.

• Create clear and engaging video tutorials & explainers to guide users through templates, workflows, and best practices.

• Address technical issues in our templates, troubleshooting and optimizing them for a seamless user experience.

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve template usability and market relevance.

• Be part of a passionate team that thrives on problem-solving, efficiency, and innovation in video creation.

Requirements

• Formal education in a creative, technical, or media-related field

• 1-3 years of experience in video editing, motion design, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with other editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.

• Excellent English skills.

• Technical problem-solving abilities – ability to identify and fix issues in projects.

• Passion for video technology and workflow optimization, with a keen interest in automation, AI, and industry advancements.

• Ability to work independently and proactively bring insights to improve workflows and product offerings.

• Experience creating tutorials, blog posts, or community content related to video editing or motion design is an advantage.
