The NOC Support Administrator will provide support for managed database and application infrastructure operations, monitor application performance, respond to incidents, escalate issues, maintain ITSM and monitoring tools, and perform database and infrastructure checks. They will work in shifts, troubleshoot operational problems, and communicate with customers and team members.

As an Oracle Database Administrator, you will oversee database backup, clustering, and recovery operations while providing support and troubleshooting for database systems. You will analyze infrastructure processes, implement best practices for database management, and work with auditing and compliance protocols. Mentoring teammates and contributing to team documentation is also essential.

The Data Engineer will design and develop cloud-based solutions, focusing on data processing and data pipeline automation. Responsibilities include coding, performance optimization of ETL pipelines, troubleshooting, and collaborating with clients and team members to implement robust data platforms.
