The Salesforce Administrator will support Boulder and Denver JCCs by configuring and managing Salesforce, training users, and resolving technical issues. This role includes user management, developing reports, and collaborating with the OpenTent project team to ensure effective use of Salesforce, while providing excellent customer service and communication with staff.

The Solutions Engineer will configure and build features in Salesforce for clients, manage projects, respond to support requests, train staff on Salesforce features, integrate third-party tools, and document requirements while engaging in continuous professional development.
