Jarvis Airfoil is a fifth-generation, privately held company specializing in the manufacture of precision components for the aerospace and energy industries. Dating its roots back to 1901, Jarvis has over sixty years experience machining and polishing highly contoured compressor and turbine airfoils as well as other tight-tolerance products.

We possess a wide range of advanced manufacturing capabilities supported by superior inspection methods, including state-of-the-art scanning CMMs and data collection techniques. Jarvis’ proficiency extends to both the common and exotic materials found in turbine engines; including titanium and aluminum alloys, stainless steels, chromium and nickel alloys, and the substrates for composite assemblies.
