In this role, you will manage accounts receivables by collecting sales data, maintaining customer data, billing, and performing reconciliations. You will ensure compliance with fiscal obligations and meet deadlines for monthly and annual closings while working within a multicultural team.

The Sushiman will be responsible for food preparation, dish creation, kitchen organization and coordination, and ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.

The accountant will collect and manage invoices, handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile customer and supplier accounts monthly, archive documents, ensure compliance with fiscal obligations, and accomplish deadlines for monthly and annual closings.
