The Billing Coordinator is responsible for engaging with patients regarding billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with billing policies. The Head of Revenue Cycle Management will build and scale the RCM function, analyze and improve revenue processes, track performance, manage a team, and partner with finance and operations to optimize revenue and cash flow.
