As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will generate and qualify leads, focusing on outbound prospecting and engaging decision-makers through multiple channels. You'll manage your pipeline, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business opportunities and secure meetings for the sales team.

The BDR Team Leader will develop and execute outbound strategies, collaborate with sales leadership on account targeting, manage and coach a team of SDRs, optimize outreach metrics, and leverage sales tools to enhance efficiency.
