The Director/Senior Director of Antibody Discovery and Engineering will lead projects in antibody-based therapeutics and manage CROs, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and utilizing advanced technologies for therapeutic development. The role demands extensive expertise in antibody discovery and engineering, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
