Empower is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee key components of the company's consumer lending compliance program. This role involves working closely with various business teams and reporting to the Head of Compliance.

As a Fraud Operations Associate at Empower, you will review potential fraud cases, correspond with users via email, handle de-escalation, detect fraud attacks, collaborate across business lines, and prepare reports and referrals for review. Travel for company off-sites twice a year is expected.
