The Manager of Implementation supports the non-ATS and ATS implementation teams, manages project assignments, coordinates between Customer Success, Product, and external vendors, and creates internal documentation to enhance team support for customers.

The Implementation Manager will lead the onboarding and training of new customers on the Hireology platform, managing the implementation process from requirement gathering to training delivery. This role requires strong project management skills and collaboration with a Technical Implementation Manager to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption rates of the platform.
