The Head of Community will lead local Chapters and virtual Ambassadors programs, focusing on Chapter development strategy, advisor business ROI, and scalable city-specific operations. They will manage Chapter Leaders, oversee a small team, and drive community business development to enhance advisor outcomes and engagement.

The Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and optimize processes for travel advisors at Fora. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing financial processes, researching regulations for new markets, and partnering with product teams.
