About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Associate to join our Travel Partners team. In this high-visibility, high-impact role, you will sit at the intersection of partner growth and advisor success, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue for the company. Your work will directly impact our travel advisors and the broader business by identifying key commercial opportunities, enabling access to top-tier travel products and services, and overseeing timely commission payments from preferred partners. You will also work cross-functionally with the engineering, product, finance, and advisor experience teams to implement initiatives that drive efficiency, improve partner engagement, and maximize revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdvisor & Product Operations Support

  • Take full ownership of the supplier inbox and oversee all partner-related advisor support inquiries in Intercom, ensuring timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented responses 
  • Ensure advisors attempting to book with new partners adhere to the correct onboarding process, and proactively identify / remedy any points of confusion 
  • Collaborate with the Product Operations team to implement ticket routing and tagging strategies to track support metrics and SLA performance
  • Automate manual or repetitive workflows where possible and provide actionable suggestions on process improvements
  • Contribute to our advisor knowledge base by authoring and revising our Help Center articles where possible
  • Convert advisor feedback on our partnerships into actionable insights that drive cross-functional improvements across product, training, and policy

Partnerships & Implementation

  • Expand and strengthen our global network of travel partners; grow Fora Reserve (our preferred partner program), and assist with invoicing and onboarding support for Fora Amplify (partner marketing program) where necessary
  • Ensure our partners are accurately and professionally represented with the latest information in our Advisor Portal
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve preferred partner rate connectivity issues in our platform (or escalate where appropriate)
  • Support the development and optimization of our partner CRM, ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and enhanced functionality to drive strong partner relationships
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our supplier ecosystem, preferred partners, and operational workflows

Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections and the financial impact of our partnerships and provide actionable insights
  • Use data and research to identify opportunities for business growth and potential gaps in the supplier ecosystem
  • Analyze and track delinquent commission-paying partners to optimize payment efficiency
  • Partner with the Finance team on monthly statement reporting and collection efforts

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience (recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply)
  • High degree of fluency with Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable manipulating data 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: you can craft diplomatic emails and have the ability to speak effectively across all levels of business, both internally and externally
  • Organized & meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Curious & resourceful in finding answers to ambiguous questions
  • Entrepreneurial: you’ll be seeking to make an impact, exercise sound business judgment and constantly look for ways to improve and contribute
  • Great at relationship-building, online and offline

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience in a high-growth startup (in an analyst/operations role), and/or travel industry experience (bonus points if you are familiar with / have experience using the GDS)
  • Familiarity and ease with Zapier and BI platforms (e.g. Metabase / Omni) and CRM platforms

Compensation

Compensation range for this role is $65k-$80k + equity. Other benefits include:
