The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate complex wireless infrastructure and real estate agreements, conduct risk analyses, provide legal guidance for zoning and permitting, and resolve conflicts related to construction disputes and property matters. This role requires collaboration with business teams and internal stakeholders to support the deployment of a national 5G network.
