The Sr. Corporate Counsel will lead negotiations for complex technology-related contracts, provide legal guidance on diverse legal matters, conduct due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal risks and disputes. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and retain outside counsel effectively.
