The Senior Support Engineer I provides advanced technical assistance to resolve customer issues and escalated cases. This role involves diagnosing technical issues, delivering detailed solutions, escalating software bugs, and communicating with customers and stakeholders regarding technical matters.

The Network Administrator I is responsible for managing and securing computer networks by installing, configuring, and maintaining LAN and WAN systems. Duties include monitoring network performance, providing user support, managing network security and documentation, collaborating with IT teams, and participating in upgrades and disaster recovery planning.

The Senior Support Engineer will manage the CIC environment within Cleo B2B Cloud systems, troubleshoot EDI-related issues, respond to incidents, investigate data issues, provide bug fixes, onboard trading partners, and collaborate with internal departments to support customers effectively.
