As a Principal Customer Success Manager at Klaviyo, you will lead strategic consulting for Enterprise customers, focusing on customer retention and growth through effective relationship-building, personalized success plans, and creative problem-solving. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with approximately 40 Mid Market/Enterprise customers, helping them to strategically increase their email revenue using Klaviyo's platform. You will use problem-solving skills to support technically diverse clients and advocate for customer needs internally, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Manage a team of 8-10 Principal Customer Success Managers dedicated to supporting MidMarket and Enterprise customers at Klaviyo. Lead recruitment, evaluation, training, and coaching of the team to drive exceptional customer service and long-term value. Collaborate with other Customer Success leaders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
