The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT-related issues, install and maintain IT systems, and support user account management. This role involves first-line support, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

The Client Experience Manager will support Envoy’s clients and foreign nationals by responding to inquiries, resolving tier-2 requests, leading training on the Envoy app, maintaining reports and SOPs, and coordinating project plans while ensuring customer expectations are met.
