What you can expect

Zoom is looking for an individual sales account executive with specialised experience in Conversational Intelligence sales as an add-on solution to our Zoom platform. The Zoom Revenue Accelerator team partners with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase sales funnel.

About the Team

As a member of the team, you will grow Zoom’s collaboration suite into the revenue org. You will help our customers in sales and CS coach more effectively. Gain insights into business trends and provide sales reps and CSMs with AI coaching and productivity improvements. You will partner with the best AEs to drive hyper-growth in their territories through a proactive approach in key accounts. AI technology is key to Zoom’s success and this team is on the front end of Zoom’s ability to make our customers more productive and efficient.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 5+ of sales/sales support experience
  • Experience in the AI/ML/intelligence space.
  • Experience using tools such as Gong, RingCentral/ RingSense and Chorus
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Experience Selling competing Revenue Operations (RevOps) tools or services
  • Experience leading others with product/services training; best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
  • Have BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Can to travel as needed

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$174 500,00

Maximum:

$381 900,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
