ZBB Manager at a glance
T he HR 5.0 ZBB manager will be responsible for collaborating with Global ZBB for P&P, IT, and Finance and CHROO leaders to build the annual CHROO budget and optimize company spend. This role will also involve building the CHROO P&L, reviewing spend and entity forecasts monthly.

  • Collaborate with Global ZBB for P&P, IT, and Finance and CHROO leaders to build the annual CHROO budget and optimize company spend.
  • Build the CHROO P&L, review spend and entity forecasts monthly, and communicate CHROO financials to CPO and CFOs.
  • Own budget, forecast and monthly reviews with stakeholders for CHROO spend by entity (including OPEX and CAPEX).
  • Partner with IT PPM on CAPEX actualization and reclassification processes.
  • Develop and manage financial models for HR 5.0 business case.
  • Serve as the financial project manager for business case, budget, and performance management projects.

  • I am proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • I have prior experience forecasting OPEX and CAPEX costs.
  • I am detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
  • I have a strong understanding of zero-based budgeting principles and methodologies.
  • I have experience using SAP required.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
