Job accountability:
- Lead/ work closely with the bancassurance team at the bank to achieve annual sales goal and other KPIs.
- Build/maintain good relationships with bancassurance team at the bank and other related stakeholders to enhance the partnership.
- Design/launch effective customer campaigns and incentive programs to achieve the sales goal with the good cost control.
- Lead the bank to manage the channels development including recruitment, training remuneration package and product mix to sustain the profitable growth to uplift NBP and NBP margin.
- Explore other opportunity at the bank to maximize sales opportunity.
Job specification:
- Education: University above
- Knowledge: Understanding of bancassurance business and insurance industry, good product knowledge, working at the sales environment.
- Skills: good communicator, inter-personal skills, influencing skill, ability to build rapport with people effectively.
- Relevant experience: 10 years of experience in working at banking and insurance industry.
