EA RESIG LLC is seeking a Yardi Support Specialist. The team is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of the accounting and investment management real estate fund accounting applications. Reporting to the EA RESIG Solutions Manager, the position is responsible for providing support to users of Yardi’s Investment management platform, focused heavily on partnership accounting for real estate funds.

The ideal candidate will have Yardi experience with a strong customer-oriented service approach.  The ability to multi-task, pivoting quickly between priorities, while communicating to internal clients, managers, and peers is essential.  The candidate is a natural problem solver, capable of examining an issue from different perspectives and communicating clear solutions back to business teams.  They excel in fast-paced environments and learn how to identify opportunities for improvement.  They bring a can-do attitude to the team and tackle tasks head on, looking for opportunities to assist teams and create efficiencies.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Triage issues according to priority and impact of issue.

  • Research issues, consulting in-house knowledge tools and resources.

  • Respond to user requests with clear, concise solutions and directions for implementation.

  • Continue to build out internal knowledge base.

  • Monitor support queue to ensure all requests have been addressed according to service level requirements.

  • Enhance support processes to improve response times and ability to harvest meaningful metrics.

  • Develop relationships with internal teams and resources to enlist their assistance when needed.

  • Keep abreast of Yardi application technical enhancements and new functionality

  • Assist with client and fund onboarding tasks.

  • Participate in special projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1 - 2 years of experience with Yardi Voyager

  • Experience working with 3rd party vendor applications and interfaces

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and with competing priorities with a high attention to detail

  • A collaborative team player that is capable of also working independently with minimal guidance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
