職務說明：
1. 銷售案件錄音檔或影像檔覆審作業。
2. 銷售案件之通路申覆件處理。
3. 提供相關作業報表及統計分析，以利通路及主管掌握業務品質作業現況並進而改善。
4. 協助及執行相關查核作業、單位自行查核作業，回饋改善建議，以作為通路及單位內部作業品質改善之指標。
5. 協助團隊各項作業流程或系統優化專案，各項系統需求匯整、需求單申請、系統驗測等。

申請資格：
1. 大專(含)以上畢，保險行政流程或保險品質管控相關工作經驗三年以上。
2. 熟Office、具專案規劃及系統需求規劃測試經驗尤佳。
3. 具服務熱忱、溝通協調、組織規劃能力及主動積極之行動力。
4. 熟諳國語、台語、英語。
