Responsibilities:
1. 專案規劃與執行，如曾參與或具備語音質檢、語音轉文字、申訴管理平台開發等專案經驗尤佳。
2. 因應通路需求或法令異動，針對電訪相關系統優化及調整。
3. ISO 10002客戶申訴處理管理系統驗證專案經驗尤佳。
Qualifications:
1. 大專(含)以上畢，金融保險相關科系工作經驗三年以上。
2. 熟悉OFFICE操作，具Excel 函數、樞紐分析能力者尤佳。
3. 具專案規劃及系統需求規劃測試經驗尤佳。
4. 具服務熱忱、溝通協調、組織規劃能力及主動積極之行動力。
5. 英文閱讀及書寫能力佳。
