About the Team

ZVC JAPAN (Zoom) seeks an experienced XDR Manager to lead the Inside Sales team in Japan. The role aims to drive business growth by implementing a modern, AI-powered sales strategy. The ideal candidate should be passionate about leveraging data, cutting-edge technology, and Zoom’s AI-first platform. Additionally, they will be responsible for building trusted customer relationships in line with the company's mission.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role
  • Have proven experience building and managing SDR/BDR or Inside Sales teams
  • Have a solid understanding of both inbound and outbound sales models in the SaaS or tech industry
  • Have Native-level in Japanese; business-level English proficiency (especially reading/writing emails and documents)
  • Have familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Outreach, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorHave
  • Have data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions and coach effectively
  • Be a growth-oriented leader who can drive both team success and individual development

このポジションでは、インサイドセールス(SDR/BDR)チームのマネジメント全般を担っていただきます。マーケティング、フィールドセールス(AE)、カスタマーサクセス(CSM)、グローバルチームと連携しながら、Zoomのプロダクトとテクノロジーの価値を最大限に引き出し、顧客課題に寄り添うセールス体制の構築をリードしていただきます。

主な職務内容プロスペクティング

  • 日本のXDRチームをリードし、ミッド~エンタープライズアカウントに対して新規開拓・関係構築・商談設定を推進
  • 優秀なアカウントエグゼクティブと連携し、ターゲットアカウントへのアプローチやスキル向上を図る
  • CレベルやVPクラスの経営層とのハイレベルな対話を通じてビジネスニーズを把握

GTM戦略の実行

  • マーケティング、XDR、AEとの連携により、GTMアウトバウンド戦略の策定、ターゲット設定および活動の実行
  • インバウンドリードのルーティング最適化
  • グローバルのプロスペクティングCOE(Center of Excellence)チームと連携し、各四半期のKPIを策定

KPI管理

  • 各四半期ごとのチームおよび個人の目標(クオータ)設定・管理
  • チームへの明確な目標共有とモチベーションの醸成
  • 架電数・商談創出件数・MRR(定期収益)などのパフォーマンス管理・分析
  • 月末の成果監査および報告対応(MRR/S2達成度など)

業務運営と整備

  • SalesforceなどのCRMを活用し、データ整備、レポートおよびダッシュボードの作成を通じたパフォーマンス管理
  • マーケティングチームとの密な連携(キャンペーン情報の共有・フィードバックの提供など)

チームマネジメント・コーチング

  • チームメンバーとの1on1やキャリア開発面談の実施
  • ZoomのROE(Rules of Engagement:営業ルール)に則った活動状況のモニタリングおよび管理
  • チームの四半期ごとのQBR(業績レビュー)の取りまとめ、改善サイクル(PDCA)の推進

オンボーディング・育成

  • 新メンバー、エージェンシーのコミュニケーションツール設定および業務立ち上げのサポート
  • Zoom製品や営業プロセスに関する継続的なトレーニングの提供
  • チーム内でのベストプラクティスを構築し、育成および成果創出につながる新たなプロジェクトを推進

応募要件

  • 5年以上の法人営業経験(うち2年以上のマネジメント/リーダーシップ経験)
  • インサイドセールス/BDR/SDRマネージャーとしてのチームビルディング経験
  • SaaSやテクノロジー業界でのインバウンド・アウトバウンド営業モデルに関する理解
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネス文書の読解およびメール作成が可能なレベル
  • Salesforce、Zoom、Outreach、Google Workspace、LinkedIn Sales Navigatorなどのツール使用経験
  • 数値分析に基づいた戦略的なコーチング・意思決定スキルを有する方
  • 成長意欲が高く、チームの成果とメンバー個人の成長を両立できる方
