Worksite Solutions Consultant is responsible for leveraging in-depth knowledge and experience in the Life and Health Insurance industry to provide insights, solutions, and leadership on key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Remain updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to guide organizational strategy.
- Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Drive discussions and influence decision-making with senior leadership, including Director-level stakeholders and above.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather detailed ground-level requirements.
- Act as a Product Owner, defining and prioritizing backlogs, approving requirements, and validating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results.
- Translate business pain points into actionable and effective solutions.
- Provide leadership in designing business test strategies, governance models, and implementation methodologies.
- Mentor and guide teams on capturing and standardizing robust business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement solutions to meet critical customer and service level requirements using DMAIC methodology.
- Analyze complex business processes, formulate recommendations, and present solutions to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
- 10+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
- Worksite and/or life experience preferred.
- FLMI, CLU, CPCU, or other industry-recognized certifications preferred.
- Proven track record in handling large-scale projects in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business needs effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
- Ability to mentor and coach teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Periodic travel may be required.
Pay Range:
- $79,300 - $124,500/annually.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
