• Plan workload within Airstairs Workshop
• Ensuring documentation is completed correctly IAW with maintenance & company procedures
• Ensuring company procedures, policies, regulations, Part 145 MOE Part 21 POE are enforced
• Assess and evaluate production requirements
• Prioritise tasks & management of technical jobs
• Ordering & progressing spares
• Develop skills of all staff, including trainee mechanics and stamp holders
• Assist with & carry out production tasks where required
• Any additional tasks allocated by management
• MRO or Aircraft workshop or production experience essential
• Previous experience of supervising / managing manpower essential
• Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
• Experienced and competent using tooling and carrying out technical jobs
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Willing to work shifts (including nights)
• Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
