Application Specialist
We're looking for an Application Specialist who can bring together healthcare expertise, business insight, and deep knowledge of InterSystems products to support the successful, standardized, and timely implementation of our solutions. In this role, you'll become a trusted product expert for our customers—understanding their processes, identifying the best-fit solutions, and guiding them on how to adopt our standard approach as early as possible. You'll play a key role in helping customers gain maximum value from our solutions while minimizing bespoke development. This means working closely with internal teams and staying up to date with new features and product updates as they are released.The role involves regular travel, with some projects requiring up to five days per week on-site with customers. As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and continuous improvement, you’ll work in line with the latest version of the InterSystems ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology.
Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills, with experience leading customer training sessions, workshops, or presentations

Strong consultative approach and the ability to clearly articulate ideas

Comfortable engaging directly with customers, including clinicians, and delivering confident, compelling messaging

Proven experience implementing software solutions

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
For the first 3 or 6 months (experience and role dependent), we ask our employees to work in the office 5 days a week. Once this period is up, they can drop down to 3 days in the office, one of which must be a Monday.
