As a Workshop Supervisor you will be reporting to the Branch Manager and working in a team located in Launceston TAS.

What your day looks like?

  • Supervise a workshop team in their day-to-day operations
  • Quote workshop enquiries direct to our customers
  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone.

What you need:

  • Well-developed fitting and machining skills obtained in a workshop environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems an advantage.
  • Have a sound mechanical aptitude and knowledge along with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment is essential.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks.
  • Proven safety and quality focus & Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
  • A willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets.
