About Role:

The Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating an exceptional office experience, providing operational support with a strong focus on customer service, while working in collaboration with the Workplace Team to provide and maintain a positive office environment. You are an individual who thrives in a fast paced, ever evolving environment, who possesses strong communication skills and the ability to successfully prioritize and execute tasks in alignment with the overall goals of the team. Responsibilities:

Serves as the first point of contact for employees, managing requests, facilitating a positive office experience.

Contributes to and facilitates in the management of an ongoing delightful employee experience by providing operational support and maintaining the general organization and esthetic of the physical office spaces

Assists in maintaining and further enhancing the current Workplace programs (ex: mailroom operations, internal event, etc)

● Build an active relationship with business partners and teams to assess team allocations and occupancy needs as well as conference room usage - through observation, provide proactive solutions, and improvement ideas.

Maintain spatial data within the space management tool and ensure accuracy of information

Participate with building audits to verify employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted in the space management tool.

Coordinate with the Senior Planning Manager to maintain space standard ratios for on/offline rooms and office standards and solutions, as well as define space related programs to improve team member experience.

Facilitates and maintains relationships with building vendors, such as catering programs, landlord, snack program, etc.

Maintain budgets and track expenses for multiple different areas of the business.

Acts as the single point of contact for all building related issues.

Other site specific duties and support may be required.

Experience and Skills:

A passion for providing exceptional customer service through human connection and and ongoing operations support

4+ years of management experience or related project management experience

4+ years of property and/or facilities management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively.

Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, FLS, plumbing, etc.) is strongly encouraged

Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of budget tracking & maintenance.

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
