The Zoom team is looking for an Americas Regional Workplace Operations Manager to lead operations for approximately 4 office locations, a 180k sq. ft. REW portfolio. The person in this role will oversee a Workplace team with an emphasis on strategy, scalability, process, program creation, creativity and delivering happiness to all employees, customers and visitors!

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of Operations, Services and Facilities Management across the Americas Portfolio.

  • Managing larger, capex expansion projects from an operations perspective, ensuring Zoom standards are met.

  • Partnering closely with FP&A and regional site leads, aligning growth strategy, with an emphasis on real estate and space planning in an agile environment.

  • Assisting with operating budgets, approving invoices and working closely with the accounting team on month/quarter-end closures.

  • Managing a team of workplace leads, specialists and coordinators across North America.

  • Managing high-level oversight for various workplace vendors, property management, parking, janitorial and all preventative maintenance and repairs.

  • Managing Zoom Snack and Catering Program, focusing on the 4 core pillars.

  • Leading our local EH&S Program for emergency response team, compliance and ergonomics.

  • Maintaining site physical security standards and procedures.

  • Partnering with global peers and business partners to ensure consistency of brand and culture across all sites.

  • Serving as point of contact for Zooms Business Continuity Plan for all US offices.

  • Partnering closely with onsite executive stakeholders in San Jose, CA and the administrative team to support various events and requests.

What we’re looking for

  • 10 years of experience focusing on workplace operations and/or in facilities management, delivering top-notch customer service in a high-tech environment.

  • 5 years of experience managing a workplace team and workplace programs.

  • Will have vendor management, small projects and furniture project experience.

  • Be an organized self-starter, able to work independently, driving projects and tasks to completion.

  • Have managed opex and capex budgets partnering closely with finance on monthly and quarterly accruals.

  • Have experienced interpersonal, analytical, written and oral communication skills.

  • Be proactive and willing to dive in where needed.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
