AppsFlyer is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized Workplace Coordinator to help keep our office operations seamless and efficient. In this role, you’ll manage daily logistics, prioritize tasks with ease, and proactively support our teams in various ways - from managing our external vendors to employee experience initiatives! Your ability to stay one step ahead and create a positive, productive environment will make a real impact on the office experience.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for office-related needs
- Manage various vendor relationships such as janitorial, building management, plant maintenance, kitchen supplies, catering, and more
- Maintain office facilities and partnered with building management when necessary for maintenance and repairs
- Maintain an organized office environment in regard to seating, supplies, conference rooms, and common areas
- Partner with IT to ensure equipment is properly functioning; Zoom rooms, conference room booking, etc
- Plan team activities on-site and off-site; team bonding, holiday parties, volunteering opportunities, and more
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Support new hire onboarding logistics; set up new hires’ desks and building badges, etc
What you have:
- 2+ years of experience in office administrative, or support role, preferably in the tech industry
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on service
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
For our NY-based candidates, this is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $31.00/hr and will include an annual performance bonus. The offer may vary on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
